I thought I already knew the rules about florists, e.g. never use Lovely Flora World; always consider Serenata and so on... and then this lot came along! They knock the socks off absolutely everybody else because they genuinely use a florist's shop near the recipient house. The result is that instead of something being carried in a box in a lorry for miles and miles, they're fresh that day. They gave great delight to the woman I was sending them to, who always gives very honest feedback on... well, everything! They also let me book the flowers up on the actual day, which Serenata wouldn't on this occasion. The whole process was very smoothly handled and their online booking process was easy to use. I'm terribly pleased with them and will be using them from now on :) :) :)

Great service: Forgot to advise the optimal time for the flowers to be delivered. Called and explained the situation. To my surprise, the beautiful, refreshing, elegant selection of flowers, caring out our birthday wishes, arrived not long after the call was made. Such an amazing service in amazingly difficult times. The florist done very well in tracking down the delivery address considering I gave them the wrong address! Great service amazing as they were same day flowers ordered at quite late notice. My sister who I got the flowers for sent me a photo although the flowers were not exactly the same as the ones I chose colour wise they were a nice big bunch and my sister loved them.
